Associate (NQ-2PQE) - Health & Safety/ Regulatory Crime

We are seeking an Associate (NQ-2 years PQE) to join our specialist Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Regulatory Department in our Manchester office.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive team working in a modern, flexible environment. Our firm is a multi-award-winning organization, and this role is based in our Manchester office.

We will consider individuals with experience in representing companies subject to investigations and prosecutions relating to Health & Safety, food safety, fire safety, and Environmental crime. However, we also welcome candidates without this experience who wish to pursue a career in SHE Regulatory crime - full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Representing companies in investigations and prosecutions relating to Health & Safety, food safety, fire safety, and Environmental crime
  • Providing advice on Health & Safety and Environmental law
  • Working with clients to develop strategies to mitigate risks and avoid prosecution

Requirements:

  • 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and Environmental law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
