Job Title: Associate Health and Safety Construction Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Associate Health and Safety Construction Consultant to join our team at The Health and Safety Partnership Limited. As a key member of our consultancy, you will be responsible for delivering CDM Services, managing a team of consultants, and providing health and safety advice to clients across various industry sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a team of consultants delivering CDM Services, including Principal Designer, Principal Designer Advisor, and Client Advisor.
  2. Conduct health and safety audits and investigations, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  3. Develop and implement health and safety management systems for clients.
  4. Provide training and guidance on health and safety best practices.
  5. Collaborate with clients to identify and mitigate health and safety risks.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in health and safety management, particularly in team management and commercial acumen.
  • Strong knowledge of CDM regulations and health and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
