About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Consultant to join our team at The Health and Safety Partnership Limited. As an Associate Health and Safety Professional, you will play a key role in delivering CDM Services and managing a team of consultants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team responsible for the successful delivery of projects and contribute to the growth of our Health and Safety Services.
  • Provide assistance to our Partner and assist in the completion of PQQ/bid documents.
  • Visit sites and work alongside Principal Contractors and their Site Managers to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct audits and investigate incidents, reporting findings and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Advise and instruct clients on the use of their health and safety management system and provide training as needed.
  • Liaise with Enforcing Authorities on behalf of clients and provide Health and Safety advice and guidance.
Requirements
  • Existing experience in team management and commercial acumen, preferably in a consultancy sector or internal role.
  • Hold or be working towards CMaPS and CMIOSH or equivalent qualifications.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
