Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Personal Care Coordinator to join our team at G &H CARE LIMITED. As a Personal Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering personalized care and support services to our clients, ensuring their safety, well-being, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Personal Care Assistance:

    • Provide assistance with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
    • Assist with mobility, including moving, lifting, and using mobility aids.
  2. Support with Daily Activities:

    • Aid with meal preparation and feeding.
    • Perform housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and tidying.
    • Run errands and support shopping or appointments when necessary.
  3. Health Monitoring:

    • Administer medication under supervision.
    • Observe and report changes in clients' physical or mental health.
    • Record care notes and follow individualized care plans.
  4. Emotional Support and Companionship:

    • Build meaningful relationships with clients to reduce loneliness.
    • Offer emotional reassurance and actively listen to their concerns.
  5. Promoting Independence:

    • Encourage clients to engage in activities they enjoy.
    • Help them maintain their routines and develop life skills where possible.
  6. Health and Safety Compliance:

    • Ensure the client's environment is safe and clean.
    • Adhere to safeguarding procedures and care standards.
