We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our team at LHH Recruitment. As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and harmonious work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  2. Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
  3. Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Develop and conduct employee relations training programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  5. Monitor and analyze employee relations trends to recommend proactive measures to prevent conflicts and improve workplace culture.
  6. Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  7. Manage employee discipline and performance improvement processes to ensure fair treatment and consistent application of policies.

Requirements and Qualifications
  1. Proven work experience as an Employee Relations Specialist or similar role.
  2. Excellent knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  3. Working in the tech industry or a large matrix organization is ideal.
  4. Experience in conflict resolution and mediation.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to handle confidential information.
  7. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  8. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  9. Professional certification in Employee Relations or Human Resources Management.
  10. Experience in employee engagement and retention strategies.
  11. Ability to analyze data and provide insights.

  13. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
