Morgan Law is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join their team for a fixed term period of 12 months.

The role offers hybrid working with occasional office working and could suit someone with strong commercial focus and international experience.

As Employee Relations Specialist, your role will be to support and coach managers in all aspects of employee relations, providing business-focused advice in accordance with employment law and HR procedures.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Providing advice, triage, case management and administrative support for all employee relations cases, including sickness absence, AWOL, disciplinary, grievance, capability/performance management, probation, and death in service issues.
  2. Managing short and long-term sickness cases to resolution, including reporting on and monitoring absences and liaising with external providers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of working within an employee relations team with substantial relevant experience of dealing with complex case management through to resolution.
  • Extensive experience in developing, maintaining, and implementing HR Policies.
