Concierge Supervisor Opportunity

Fairmont St. Andrews, a renowned Five-Star luxury hotel and resort in Scotland, is seeking a skilled Concierge Supervisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a warm welcome to guests and visitors, setting the tone for an outstanding stay.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of local attractions, business locations, and events to cater to leisure and business travelers.
  • Coordinate the duties of hall porters, ensuring seamless luggage delivery, collection, storage, and valet parking services.
  • Train and develop staff to maintain high standards of hospitality.
  • Stay informed about group and VIP arrivals, as well as short-term business trends.
  • Organize tours, golf, restaurant bookings, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
  • Provide travel information and assistance, including airline ticket booking, car arrangements, and transportation advice.
  • Oversee parking arrangements and perform management duties when the Concierge Manager is unavailable.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Supervisory experience and ability to lead a team.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
