Lead Business Analyst Opportunity

The JM Longbridge Group is seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Analyst to join their Finance Team. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Swindon, with flexible hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver impactful business solutions that drive success and meet statutory and regulatory obligations.
  • Lead analysis for prioritized initiatives, working closely with Product Owners to define scope and measurable outcomes.
  • Identify solutions that drive optimal business outcomes, leveraging business analysis techniques and tools.
  • Lead a team of Business Analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in business analysis or solution design, particularly on complex, cross-functional projects within the financial services sector.
  • Strong conceptual and lateral thinking skills, with a deep understanding of defining business outcomes and requirements in a Finance environment.
  • Proficiency in business analysis techniques, tools, and methodologies, with a solid understanding of their application and relevance in driving developments.
