The JM Longbridge Group is seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Analyst to join their Finance Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with major regulatory requirements and driving business success.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver impactful business solutions that drive success and meet statutory and regulatory obligations.
- Lead analysis for prioritized initiatives, working closely with Product Owners to define scope and measurable outcomes.
- Ensure the full scope of change is understood, design meets requirements, dependencies are identified, and necessary insights and metrics are incorporated.
- Identify solutions that drive optimal business outcomes.
- Lead a team of Business Analysts.
- Extensive experience in business analysis or solution design, particularly on complex, cross-functional projects, with the ability to lead a team.
- Strong conceptual and lateral thinking skills, with a deep understanding of defining business outcomes and requirements in a Finance environment.
- Proficiency in business analysis techniques, tools, and methodologies, along with a solid understanding of their application and relevance in driving developments.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with proven experience managing and leading teams.
- A solid understanding of Finance functions, processes, and technologies.
