Lead Business Analyst Opportunity

The JM Longbridge Group is seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Analyst to join their Finance Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with major regulatory requirements and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver impactful business solutions that drive success and meet statutory and regulatory obligations.
  • Lead analysis for prioritized initiatives, working closely with Product Owners to define scope and measurable outcomes.
  • Ensure the full scope of change is understood, design meets requirements, dependencies are identified, and necessary insights and metrics are incorporated.
  • Identify solutions that drive optimal business outcomes.
  • Lead a team of Business Analysts.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in business analysis or solution design, particularly on complex, cross-functional projects, with the ability to lead a team.
  • Strong conceptual and lateral thinking skills, with a deep understanding of defining business outcomes and requirements in a Finance environment.
  • Proficiency in business analysis techniques, tools, and methodologies, along with a solid understanding of their application and relevance in driving developments.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, with proven experience managing and leading teams.
  • A solid understanding of Finance functions, processes, and technologies.
