Cosine Group is seeking a skilled Mystery Shopper to join our team. As a Mystery Shopper, you will play a crucial role in evaluating the effectiveness of safeguards that retailers use to prevent unhealthy levels of play.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with retailers in a friendly and approachable manner to assess their support for customers who may be struggling with excessive product purchases.
  • Conduct visits to various retail locations, observing and recording interactions with customers and staff.
  • Utilize a smart device to enter results via the App in-store, demonstrating comfort with technology.
  • Travel to various locations within a postcode area, utilizing your own vehicle.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 20 visits per day, worked between 8am – 7pm Monday to Friday.
  • Reliable and committed, with excellent communication skills and ability to interact with contacts of all levels within the retail sector.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to plan your day and journeys efficiently.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive daily rate of £108.85 (includes holiday pay & completion bonus) plus mileage.
