Cosine Group is seeking a skilled Mystery Shopper to join our Allwyn team.

Allwyn Healthy Play is a pioneering mystery shopper test programme designed to evaluate the effectiveness of safeguards that retailers use to prevent unhealthy levels of play.

As a Mystery Shopper, you will be responsible for visiting retailers and observing their practices to identify areas for improvement.

Your role will involve asking retailers about their support for customers who may be struggling with excessive product purchases.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with retailers in a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Reliability and commitment to meeting visit targets.
  • Strong organizational skills to plan your day and journeys efficiently.
  • Access to a smart device to enter your results via the App in store.
  • A reliable vehicle and the ability to travel to various locations within a postcode area.

Key details of the role include:

  • A minimum of 20 visits per day, worked between 8am and 7pm Monday to Friday.
  • Working hours will be arranged with your Regional Manager.
  • A virtual briefing to ensure you are fully prepared for the role.
