About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to conduct mystery shopping visits at various retail locations. As a Mystery Shopper, you will be responsible for observing and reporting on the retail environment, customer service, and product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct mystery shopping visits at assigned retail locations
  • Observe and report on customer service, product offerings, and retail environment
  • Collect and submit detailed reports on each visit
  • Meet or exceed visit targets and deadlines

Requirements:

  • Approachable and friendly attitude
  • Reliable and committed
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Access to a smart device and comfortable with technology
  • Use of a personal vehicle and ability to travel to various locations
