Kitchen Assistant

The role of Kitchen Assistant will see you working in all areas of the kitchen, including kitchen porter, food preparation, and adhering to cleaning schedules.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare food to a high standard, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Manage stock and wastage, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations.
- Food Safety Level 2 certification (training will be provided within 3 months).
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment is desirable.
- Competitive hourly rate of £11.55.
- 37.5 hours per week, permanent position.
