We are seeking an experienced Content Editor to join our team, focusing on creating engaging sports and lifestyle content across various platforms. As a key member of the Creative Team, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering high-quality copy that aligns with our brand strategy and tone of voice.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented writer to join our dynamic team, working closely with the Creative Team and Marketing Department. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and producing creative concepts from briefs, ensuring alignment with our marketing objectives.
  • Writing high-engagement social media content that reflects our brand voice and tonality.
  • Curating and delivering content for our editorial platform, driven by insights, commercial priorities, and cultural awareness.
  • Ideating, writing, and editing scripts with the directors and video team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • An excellent writing ability, including the capacity to write in different styles and adapt to direction.
  • Strong listening skills, allowing you to understand business needs and develop project briefs effectively.
  • A deep understanding of your target audience and their interests.
  • Good research and analytical skills to gain accurate subject knowledge.
  • Excellent organizational skills, enabling you to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A creative approach to ideation and message delivery.
  • The ability to work independently and flexibly with a positive can-do mentality.
  • Attention to detail, including proofreading your own and others' work.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and their impact on content creation.
