Job Role

We are currently seeking a part-time Supervising Social Worker to join our growing Care and Accommodation department. This role will involve working closely with our team to ensure positive outcomes for children and young people, promoting active engagement in decision-making processes, and supporting foster carers in recruiting, assessing, training, and supervising high-quality placements.

Responsibilities
  1. Evaluate and enhance the quality of care provided to children and young people
  2. Foster effective relationships with foster carers, recruitment teams, and other stakeholders
  3. Develop and implement strategies to promote active engagement in decision-making processes

The estimated salary for this position is approximately £14.44-£18.28 per hour (£28,875 - £36,553 per annum).
