About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecologist or Senior Ecologist to join our team at Access Talent Group. As a key member of our consultancy, you will be responsible for leading ecological surveys, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and delivering high-quality consultancy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage ecological surveys and produce comprehensive reports
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
  • Support business development and mentor junior staff on all aspects of the role
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our consultancy
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in ecological consultancy or a related field
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations
