Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Care Manager to lead our Domiciliary Care branch in Islington. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients, while also driving business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of care professionals to provide exceptional care services to clients in their own homes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve care quality, patient satisfaction, and business performance.
  • Collaborate with our commercial team to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards, and maintain a strong understanding of industry best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of care staff.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the branch, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality care services and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of leading a team of care professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience of developing and implementing business strategies.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Full UK driving license.
