Requirements:
- Proven track record in leading high-performing teams and delivering exceptional care services.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and industry standards.
- Experience in developing and implementing business growth strategies.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Full UK driving license.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities.
