Position OverviewKey Responsibilities
In the role of Branch Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the care team, ensuring the provision of exceptional care services to our clients. Your duties will include:
- Managing the recruitment and training processes for care staff.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Maintaining high standards of care delivery.
Qualifications
To excel in this position, you must possess a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care and be registered accordingly. We seek a committed and experienced manager who is passionate about community care. A solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and strong business management capabilities are crucial.
