About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and career-driven Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our top-performing team at Magnus James. As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Booking and attending lettings viewings and valuations to showcase our properties to potential clients.
  • Generating new business through face-to-face and phone interactions, building strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Organizing and managing pre-tenancy paperwork to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Negotiating lets to secure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
  • Updating window cards and online portals to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Striving to meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets, driving business growth and success.
  • Collaborating with the Lettings Manager to develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Previous lettings experience is essential, ideally at a Senior Lettings Negotiator level, with a proven track record of success.
  • A strong desire to take on more responsibility and contribute to the growth and success of our business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong IT skills and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Negotiation skills are key, with the ability to negotiate effectively and achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • A target-driven and ambitious individual, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent organizational skills and punctuality, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
