Clinical Support Specialist

Join our dynamic team in Chelmsford as an Optical Assistant, working 40 hours per week including weekends. This rewarding role comes with 28 days of holiday plus your birthday off, along with uniform provided and paid for.
To succeed in this position, you'll need previous optical experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant. Our supportive team will help you develop and expand your knowledge while working together to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to provide clear advice and guidance to patients.
- Accurately dispense lenses, conduct pre-screening examinations, and assist with collections.
- Contribute to maintaining high standards of patient care and clinic operations.
- Ensure accurate frame fitting, taking into account patient comfort and satisfaction.
