About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Carer to join our team at Patchett Lodge, a 28-bed care home in Holbeach, Lincolnshire. As a Senior Carer, you will be responsible for leading a small team of carers and delivering outstanding care to our residents.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of carers to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Plan and implement care plans to meet individual resident needs
  • Support the Home Manager in managing the care home
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

About You

We are looking for a positive and supportive individual with excellent communication skills and a natural ability to lead and motivate others. You will have previous experience of working in a residential care setting and hold a NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care. A supportive and caring approach is essential, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
