About the Role:

In your position as a Housekeeping Assistant at HC One, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure that our homes are always clean and hygienic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the cleaning rota and ensure that all areas of the home are cleaned to a high standard.
  • Conduct regular checks to identify any areas that require additional attention.
  • Work closely with colleagues to maintain a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and their families.
  • Participate in safeguarding training and take an active role in promoting the safety and well-being of our residents.
