Front of House Manager

Ashridge House is seeking a skilled and experienced Front of House Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional service to our guests. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our high standards of customer service and operational efficiency are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate a team of front of house staff to provide excellent customer service and operational efficiency
  • Assist in the management of rotas, stock, and security requirements
  • Report any issues or concerns to the management team
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in hospitality management, with a focus on customer service and team leadership
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
