Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Front of House team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Assist in the management of the reception and venue services, including the coordination of events and conferences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead and motivate the Front of House team, providing coaching and training to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including customer satisfaction, team performance, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
