Matrix Analysis Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Matrix Analysis Specialist to join our team at Minton, Treharne & Davies. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for conducting analysis on various matrices, including oil and petrochemical samples.
**Responsibilities:
- Perform analysis on various sample matrices using International Standard and in-house test procedures.
- Enter test results into the laboratory LIMS system while ensuring compliance with ISO 17025 requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to participate in collaborative trials, surveys and performance assessments.
- Maintain equipment and perform calibrations as instructed by senior staff members.
- Evaluate test results and ensure compliance with test methods and procedures.
**Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant science field (e.g., chemistry, physics, biology).
- Extensive experience working in a petroleum/petrochemical ISO 17025 laboratory environment.
- Strong technical knowledge in petroleum laboratory techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel) and LIMS systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
**Annual Salary Range:** $70,000 - $90,000.
