Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with senior management and C-Suite executives.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our services and solutions, as well as the needs and challenges of our target market.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new sales leads, and work with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns.
  • Manage and develop qualified sales leads, providing high-quality service to new and existing clients.
  • Generate sales orders and identify strategies for future growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to migrate new clients from business development to key accounts.
  • Develop key accounts, including strategy, spend, and additional services.
  • Work in partnership with the bid team to ensure our proposals are fully developed and meet client requirements.
  • Assist in the development of our marketing strategy and materials, derived from client insight and business experience.
Requirements
  • 5 years of business development manager experience in a similar role, ideally selling consultancy or other professional services.
  • Sophisticated understanding of security consulting and/or the holistic range of services that we offer.
  • Experience in multi-discipline projects with IT/AV, Physical Security, HVM.
  • Knowledge of SMART buildings solutions and SMART Cities applications.
  • Comprehensive understanding of corporate security and the construction markets.
  • Experience in presenting ideas in a consultative manner at the highest executive level.
