Complex Care Support Worker

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Complex Care Support Worker to provide high-quality care and support to our client with complex health conditions. The successful candidate will work flexible hours to assist our client into the community and in daily living, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering personalised care and support to our client with complex health conditions.
- Assisting with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
- Administering medication and monitoring health conditions.
- Providing emotional support and companionship.
- Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients' conditions.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
- Experience in complex care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, upbeat and empathetic nature.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work the specified hours.
- Valid UK driver's license.
