We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group, where you will have the opportunity to work with adults with spinal cord injury, acquired brain injury and complex health needs to live in their own homes.

About the role:

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting our clients with their daily needs, including personal care, medication management, and mobility assistance. You will work closely with our clinical team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of care and support.
