We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team at Evolving Care as a Community Care Worker. As a Community Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes. We offer a comprehensive training program, which includes the Care Certificate and the Diploma in Health & Social Care, to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Supporting clients with their medication and healthcare needs
  • Building strong relationships with clients and their families
