Join Evolving Care as a Community Support Worker
We are currently recruiting for community care workers across multiple areas. Our company offers full training, so no previous experience is required. We are looking for individuals with the following attributes:
- Caring and Compassionate
- Good Communication Skills
- Courage & Commitment
- Patience & Understanding
We invest in continual training and development, which include the Care Certificate. We also enroll you on to the Diploma in Health & Social Care either Level 2 or level 3. There are options to take a generic pathway or a specialist dementia or learning disability pathway. Appointment subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure. However, experience isn't necessary as we can support you in becoming confident and competent within the role.
