- Assist in creating a safe and inclusive environment for individuals to learn and grow.
- Support individuals in daily activities, including personal care, social interactions, and educational tasks.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent support and progress.

- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs, particularly those on the autism spectrum.
- Knowledge of special education principles and practices.
- Ability to effectively communicate and engage with individuals of all ages.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to changing needs.
