Job Description:
At Barclay Meade, we are seeking an experienced Tutor and Mentor to join our team. As a key member of our teaching staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching, mentoring, and tutoring services to students. Your primary objective will be to support apprentices in developing their knowledge, skills, and behaviours required for the apprenticeship. This includes coaching and mentoring sessions, knowledge delivery through teaching sessions, and workshops in a classroom environment.

You will work closely with other learning coaches to ensure that the skills and knowledge learned in the classroom are embedded in the workplace. You will also maintain positive relationships with employers, ensuring progress reviews are conducted regularly. The ideal candidate will possess relevant Engineering experience, good English, Maths, and ICT skills, as well as the ability to deliver engaging and interactive teaching in the workshop to meet learners' needs.
