Support Worker for Children with Special Needs

As a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. You will be responsible for:
- Providing individualized support to pupils with complex needs
- Assisting with lesson planning and preparation
- Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to parents and carers
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong passion for working with children with SEND
- Experience supporting pupils with autism, ADHD, and PMLD (desirable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
