Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Consultant to join our Wastewater Department in RSK Ireland Limited. As a leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of engineers and technicians, leading projects from initial conception through to completion, and growing our portfolio for continued success.

About the Role: You will have a diverse range of responsibilities including client management, business generation, people development, and process improvement. Our ideal candidate will have circa 15 years of experience delivering infrastructure projects, preferably in the wastewater sector, with a strong track record of delivering high-value projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and advise on the design and delivery of wastewater services projects
  • Manage resources and progress across various projects
  • Develop and implement business strategies for growth and commercial excellence
  • Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of innovation and collaboration

Requirements:

  • Chartered Engineer or member of a professional body
  • Strong technical competence with a background in water or wastewater preferred
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including annual leave, cycle-to-work scheme, mental health support, and flexible working arrangements.
