About the Role

Vodafone UK is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Corporate team. As a key member of our HR function, you will partner with members of the UK Networks Leadership Team to drive an ambitious people plan that supports the business strategy of being the most reliable network for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with members of the Leadership Team to deliver against the people plan and utilise people analytics to inform decision-making & measure success
  • Drive effective talent management, capability development and succession planning to attract & retain diverse talent
  • Work with the Learning & Development Team to develop initiatives that deliver growth for employees and drive performance productivity
  • Support our Diversity & Inclusion agenda, ensuring that we promote offerings from the Group and UK, as well as continually challenging our thinking to ensure we are innovative in our approach
  • Contributes to specific people initiatives across the UK and/or across Group.

Requirements

  • A proven track record in HR business partnering and commercial acumen
  • Experience in operating model design and change management is desirable
  • Ability to prioritise and identify core issues whilst managing competing deliverables & stakeholders
  • Experience in collaborative relationship building and stakeholder management
  • Confident and credible communicator, with effective coaching skills to support & positively influence decisions
  • Experience in successfully managing & co-ordinating change programmes and the ability to navigate a matrixed, complex & international organisation
  • Analytical mindset and familiar with interpreting & using data insights
  • CIPD or equivalent HR Professional Qualifications desirable.
