Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with members of the Leadership Team to deliver against the people plan and support the achievement of the business strategy.
  • Work in partnership with others to drive effective talent management, capability development, and succession planning.
  • Support the development of initiatives that deliver growth for employees and drive performance productivity.
  • Work closely with the Vodafone Group/Global HR team to ensure alignment of key people activities and initiatives.
  • Contribute to specific people initiatives across the UK and/or across Group.

Requirements

  • A proven track record in HR business partnering and commercial acumen.
  • Experience in operating model design and change management is desirable.
  • Ability to prioritize and identify core issues while managing competing deliverables and stakeholders.
  • Experience in collaborative relationship building and stakeholder management.
  • Confident and credible communicator with effective coaching skills to support and positively influence decisions.
  • Experience in successfully managing and coordinating change programs and the ability to navigate a matrixed, complex, and international organization.
  • Analytical mindset and familiar with interpreting and using data insights.
