Vodafone UK is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Networks team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in driving our people strategy and supporting the achievement of our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with members of the Leadership Team to deliver against the people plan and support the achievement of the business strategy.
- Work in partnership with others to drive effective talent management, capability development, and succession planning.
- Support the development of initiatives that deliver growth for employees and drive performance productivity.
- Work closely with the Vodafone Group/Global HR team to ensure alignment of key people activities and initiatives.
- Contribute to specific people initiatives across the UK and/or across Group.
Requirements
- A proven track record in HR business partnering and commercial acumen.
- Experience in operating model design and change management is desirable.
- Ability to prioritize and identify core issues while managing competing deliverables and stakeholders.
- Experience in collaborative relationship building and stakeholder management.
- Confident and credible communicator with effective coaching skills to support and positively influence decisions.
- Experience in successfully managing and coordinating change programs and the ability to navigate a matrixed, complex, and international organization.
- Analytical mindset and familiar with interpreting and using data insights.
