Job Description

The position of Pediatric Nurse Manager at Leaders in Care involves providing high-quality care to clients and their families. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload, designing and delivering care plans, and leading a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client-facing support and personalized care planning
  2. Leadership and management of a core team of carers
  3. Ongoing assessment and monitoring of clients' needs
  4. Nursing interventions and medication management

  • Up to £43,680 per annum (DOE)
  • Monday to Friday working hours (9-5)
  • KPI Bonus: 8% of annual salary
