Senior Paediatric Nursing Role

The position of Pediatric Nurse Manager at Leaders in Care involves providing high-quality care to clients and their families. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload, designing and delivering care plans, and leading a multidisciplinary team.

- Up to £43,680 per annum (DOE)
- Monday to Friday working hours (9-5)
- KPI Bonus: 8% of annual salary
- 28 days holiday entitlement

- RSCN qualification with an active NMC PIN
- Supportive management style and experience in leadership roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
