Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Support Associate to join our paediatric care team at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care, supporting registered nursing staff, and engaging with patients and their families to assess their care needs.

About the Team:

Our paediatric care team provides comprehensive care to children and young people in both outpatients and acute assessment ward settings. We value collaboration, communication, and compassion and strive to create a workplace culture that supports the well-being of our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care to patients and their families
  • Support registered nursing staff in the delivery of care
  • Engage with patients and their families to assess their care needs

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year's experience working with children and the general public
  • Prior experience in a health or social care role
  • NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualification in Health or Health and Social Care (or working towards)

Salary and Benefits:

Estimated salary: £22,128 - £29,888 per annum, depending on experience
