Architectural Technician Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to join our team at ANY-Web Ltd. as a key member of our design and build team.

About the Role:

As an Architectural Technician, you will be responsible for designing and developing building projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with our team of experts to ensure that all designs meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop building projects using Revit, AutoCAD, and Sketchup
  2. Produce detailed drawings and specifications for construction colleagues
  3. Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  4. Collaborate with the design team to develop and implement building designs

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of structural elements and building regulations
  • Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and Sketchup
  • Excellent communication and teamworking skills
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload
