Salary: £31,000-39,000 dependent on experience

Job Type: Permanent

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to join our close-knit, forward-thinking architectural practice. As a specialist in the residential sector, we work on a range of projects from extensions to luxury private homes to larger developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven record across the later RIBA stages (4 onwards)
  • Strong technical expertise in Vectorworks and BIM Models
  • Experience managing a small team and projects
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with contractors, clients, and other professionals
  • Keen eye for detail and understanding of up-to-date building regulations
  • Ability to work well in a close-knit team and contribute to company growth

Requirements:

  • Substantial relevant post-qualification experience in the UK
  • Degree in architectural technology or similar HND/HNC
  • Technical expertise in Vectorworks and BIM Models
  • Experience in residential projects of varying scales and ideally bespoke homes
  • Passionate and self-motivated approach to work and professional development
