  • Collaborate with the Benefits team to refine and improve compensation strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in reward within professional services, ideally in the law field.
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
  • A keen eye for detail with a can-do attitude.
