Priory Group is a leading provider of behavioral care and specialist support services. We are seeking a highly skilled HR Resourcing Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide support and guidance to onsite Senior Management Team (SMT) and Managers on the interpretation and implementation of Priory's HR policies and procedures. This will ensure consistent employment practice at site. The post-holder will act as the first point of contact for employee queries at site, managing workflow to ensure all HR administration processes are delivered accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support and guidance to onsite Senior Management Team (SMT) and Managers on HR policies and procedures
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries at site
  • Manage workflow to ensure all HR administration processes are delivered accurately and on time

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Relationship building skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Previous experience as a HR Administrator/Assistant within a commercial environment in a generalist or specialist role
  • Working towards CIPD would be ideal but not essential
