HR Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team in Bristol. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering generalist HR advice, guiding managers on employee relations cases, and supporting the HR Business Partners on projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate HR activities across the employee lifecycle.
  • Provide expert HR advice, particularly in employee relations.
  • Coach managers to improve HR conversations and decision-making.
  • Support HR Business Partners, deputising when needed.
  • Contribute to ongoing HR process improvements and business insights.
Requirements:
  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and experience handling complex employee relation cases.
  • Ability to analyse HR data and identify trends.
  • Effective communication and coaching skills.
  • Experience working within a structured HR team, ideally in a matrix organisation.
