Job Details

**Job Type:** Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, permanent

**Location:** Redditch

**Salary:** £22,308 - £23,999 (depending on experience) + Commission. OTE £28-£32k

Responsibilities
  • Answering calls from customers who owe money to our clients, providing professional and polite communication.
  • Negotiating payment arrangements with customers, taking into account their individual circumstances.
  • Identifying vulnerable customers and sign-posting them to non-profit debt advice agencies.
  • Dealing with customer queries and handling disputes in a fair and transparent manner.
  • Updating accounts and ensuring all notes are correct on our systems.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment, contact centre, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Confident, professional phone manner, with the ability to handle difficult situations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing information quickly and clearly.
  • Previous practical office administration experience, with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using a variety of technologies and software systems.
