**Location:** Redditch
**Salary:** £22,308 - £23,999 (depending on experience) + Commission. OTE £28-£32k
Responsibilities- Answering calls from customers who owe money to our clients, providing professional and polite communication.
- Negotiating payment arrangements with customers, taking into account their individual circumstances.
- Identifying vulnerable customers and sign-posting them to non-profit debt advice agencies.
- Dealing with customer queries and handling disputes in a fair and transparent manner.
- Updating accounts and ensuring all notes are correct on our systems.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment, contact centre, or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Confident, professional phone manner, with the ability to handle difficult situations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing information quickly and clearly.
- Previous practical office administration experience, with attention to detail.
