Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our team at Respirex International Limited.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our sales team, ensuring efficient and effective operations.

Main Responsibilities

Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Entering and processing sales orders
  • Assisting in the preparation and follow-up of sales quotations
  • Maintaining and updating customer records in the CRM system
  • Applying for export licenses
  • Raising change of design requests for new specifications
  • Working closely with customers regarding deliveries, resolving queries, and providing necessary information
  • Managing order processing and ensuring timely delivery of products/services
  • Helping to resolve customer complaints and escalating issues to the sales team or management when necessary
  • Providing product information when required
  • Converting enquiries into sales orders and generating new business
  • Supporting the external sales team
  • Collaborating with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance sales efficiency
  • Assisting in developing and implementing new sales support strategies and tools
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

You will also need to be proficient in using CRM systems and have a strong attention to detail.
