Key Responsibilities- Supplier Procurement: Negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance to ensure the consistent availability of high-quality ingredients.
- Stock Control Management and Forecasting: Oversee inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability to prevent product shortages. Implement effective inventory management practices, demand forecasting, and analyze sales trends to balance supply and demand.
- Design and Implement Robust Processes: Streamline supply chain operations by designing and implementing robust processes and systems.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product development, marketing, and operations teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain operations. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous quality control measures to uphold the integrity of our products.
- Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or in a similar role within the wellness or consumer goods industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in margin optimization, supplier management, and stock control.
- Confident with data analysis and forecasting.
- Experience using software and tools to manage in-house stock levels.
- Confident to lead procurement and experience working with raw ingredients and sourcing a large number of raw materials is a huge bonus.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or professional certifications.
