Job Title: Supply Chain Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Sweet Bee Organics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for optimizing our supply chain efficiency, managing inventory levels, and ensuring seamless product availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Margin Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining product quality.
- Supplier Procurement: Identify and establish relationships with innovative and reliable suppliers. Negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance to ensure the consistent availability of high-quality ingredients.
- Stock Control Management and Forecasting: Oversee inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability to prevent product shortages. Implement effective inventory management practices, demand forecasting, and analyze sales trends to balance supply and demand.
- Process Improvement: Design and implement robust processes and systems to streamline supply chain operations.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product development, marketing, and operations teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain operations. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. Maintain rigorous quality control measures to uphold the integrity of our products.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or in a similar role within the wellness or consumer goods industry. Demonstrated expertise in margin optimization, supplier management, and stock control. Confident with data analysis and forecasting. Experience using software and tools to manage in-house stock levels.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or professional certifications.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions. Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
