Job Description

Programme Management Placement

This 12-month placement is an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Programmes team, which supports civil and military customers of our aviation and propeller systems for airborne and amphibious applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain exposure to the complete programme and product lifecycle from NPI to repair and overhaul services
  • Lead a variety of projects with an emphasis on improving processes, implementing Lean principles, and developing creative solutions to solve problems
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, engage with customers, and collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Sourcing, Engineering, and Quality

Requirements:

  • Currently studying or recently achieved a Business Administration/Project Management/Finance/Data Analysis/Engineering or Programme Management related bachelor's or master's degree
  • On course or achieved a 2:1 degree
